Returns

You have 5 days from the delivery date to return an item.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale items, underwear, and customized products cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
How to Initiate a Return
