Return and Refund Policy for neon&vella

At nèon&vèlla, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Returns

  • You have 5 days from the delivery date to return an item.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Sale items, underwear, and customized products cannot be returned.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at nèon&vèlla or +972 58-729-2078 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship the item back to us at NYC 2000 brodway.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
